The tasks, such as foundations, slabs, floors, formwork fabrication and installation, and masonry or concrete walls, are as diverse as the techniques and materials used, making formwork masonry a skilled professional with a wide range of expertise.

To meet its clients’ expectations for quality workmanship, SBF established its own training center in modern construction techniques in 2014 in partnership with GIZ. This center was created to meet SBF’s needs for a skilled workforce, integrate unemployed youth into a productive and sustainable training program, and reinforce the “learning organization” concept.
Thanks to its team of trainers, comprised of former company professionals trained in pedagogy, this training program will facilitate the transfer of know-how to young people and the learning of construction techniques according to industry standards and best practices, such as masonry, formwork, and cladding installation.
This center also provides our execution and management teams with training and technical development programs, enhancing their skills and enabling them to deliver services and products that meet our clients’ expectations.
