Headquarters of the Tunisian General Labor Union - UGTT

The project involves the construction of the new headquarters of the Tunisian General Labour Union (UGTT). This administrative building comprises two basement levels, a ground floor, and six upper floors. It was designed to house the UGTT's governing bodies and provide a functional and modern space for its activities.

  • Excavations approximately 10 meters deep necessitated the implementation of significant safety measures. To protect adjacent structures (buildings and public roads) from any risk of movement or settlement, 24-meter-deep contiguous piles were installed along the entire length of the sensitive areas.
