CITY OF CULTURE OF TUNIS

This single-lot project consists of the construction of the City of Culture of Tunis, the largest cultural building in Tunisia. This multi-purpose complex houses a rich diversity of spaces dedicated to art and culture, designed to accommodate a wide audience and a variety of artistic expressions with three theatres, exhibition spaces, rehearsal spaces, two cinemas, an auditorium, a national museum of modern and contemporary arts, a national museum of puppet art, a house of the novel, a house of poetry, a translation institute and other cultural spaces.

Spécificités du projet:

  • The most crucial part of the project is the scenography, which consists of the design, supply, installation and commissioning of all the technical equipment and specific arrangements necessary for the smooth running of the shows and events in the different rooms of the City.
  • The complexity of project management, characterized by a potentially tight deadline and the need to coordinate a large number of subcontractors (more than 50) working on the various work packages, requires rigorous planning, effective communication, and advanced project management expertise to ensure deadlines are met and the quality of execution is maintained.

Olympic Stadium
