The project aims to improve traffic flow and safety on the Km 4 ring road at the intersections with national roads RN13 and RN14. Two viaducts have been built over these intersections to eliminate direct crossings between ring road traffic and traffic on RN13 and RN14, thus allowing for a faster and safer flow of vehicles coming from Tunis and heading towards Gabès (and vice versa).
