The MAT III plant is a new production unit belonging to the German mechatronics group Marquardt, located in the NEOPARK El Fejja technology park in Tunisia. This Marquardt Automotive Tunisia plant specializes in the manufacture of high-precision electronic and electromechanical components for the high-end automotive industry.

  • The construction project for the MAT III plant of MARQUARDT Tunisia is a single-lot project comprising the following lots:
  • Civil engineering: Structural and finishing work, including hollow-core slabs, industrial flooring, and prefabricated columns
  • Fluids: Installation of special plumbing, heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) systems.
  • Electricity: Installation of electrical systems, including power supply, lighting and security systems.
  • Sprinkler: Installation of an automatic fire suppression system
