This project involved the complete renovation of the eight passenger stations on the Tunis-Goulette-Marsa (TGM) railway line with the aim of modernizing public transport infrastructure, improving the passenger experience and ensuring the safety and functionality of the facilities.

Location of stations in an archaeological zone, involving close coordination and compliance with the guidelines of the National Heritage Institute (INP).
Complex works carried out in narrow areas and near dilapidated buildings, requiring careful management of the many underground and overhead utility networks present on the site.
