This project involved the complete renovation of the eight passenger stations on the Tunis-Goulette-Marsa (TGM) railway line with the aim of modernizing public transport infrastructure, improving the passenger experience and ensuring the safety and functionality of the facilities.

  • Stations located in popular and busy urban areas require work management that minimizes the impact on users.
  • Work carried out in the presence of passengers and with a train in service, requiring strict safety measures and meticulous site organization.
  • Location of stations in an archaeological zone, involving close coordination and compliance with the guidelines of the National Heritage Institute (INP).
  • Complex works carried out in narrow areas and near dilapidated buildings, requiring careful management of the many underground and overhead utility networks present on the site.
